Schedule of Cost


Effective January 1, 2010, Cruise Law Offices, PLLC, has increased certain rates and charges.

Basic hourly rates


INITIAL CONSULTATIONS: There is a minimimum charge of $150 for initial consultations. A consultation is a minimum of one-half hour. If the initial consultation exceeds one-half hour, the consultation will be charged at the current hourly rate.


Attorneys for basic Arizona matters are now billed at $225.00 per hour. Paralegals and legal assistants are billed at $95.

Special hourly rates

For some matters, hourly rates are increased.Increased hourly rates for rush or emergency matters are explained on the attached schedule of charges.Special rates may be in effect for other matters on an ad hoc basis.

Fax Charges $1.50 per page
Photocopies $1.00 each
Mileage Charge $.50 per mile
Cellular Phone $1.00 per minute
Long Distance Phone Calls $.25 per minute
Laser Color photocopies $5.00 per page
Collect Call Charges $.35 per minute
N S F Check Charge $20.00 per returned check
Internet Research $3.00 per minute & hourly rate
Deposition Booklet $5.00 per booklet
Statutory Agent Fee $100.00 per year
Transcribing Fee $35.00 per hour
Video Taping of Will $15.00 per DVD $50.00 per taping (1 hour minimum for clerical staff)
Additional DVD Roms $15.00 each
CD Rom Disk $5.00 each
Set Up Fee $15.00 (cover the cost of material and time)
Attorney Rush Charges $300.00 per hour (due for filing with a 3 day
notice of the date of the request of service)
Paralegal Rush Charges $105.00 per hour (due for filing with a 3 day
notice of the date of the request of service)
Clerical Services $30.00 per hour
